Slow Flow:  This class is for those looking for a slow-paced practice and mindfully moving and breathing ­while holding the poses longer.

Hatha / Gentle Yoga + Meditation + Breathing: A practice which focuses on slow and gentle movements which will stretch the entire body. The class will either begin or end with a short meditation­­ and breathing exercise.

Deep Stretch:  Taking time to slow down and longer holds in each pose, relieving tension and stress through this deep practice.

Sit-to-be-Fit / Chair Yoga:  A gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting or standing using a chair for support. Specifically designed for Seniors and people with physical challenges such as MS, Sciatica, Diabetes, Arthritis, Obesity or anyone lacking mobility or just need a restorative practice.
