Sit-to-be-Fit – Chair Yoga
A gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting or standing using a chair for support. Specifically designed for Seniors, however people with physical challenges such as MS, Sciatica, Diabetes, Arthritis, Obesity or anyone lacking mobility, will greatly benefit from the practice.

Chair yoga is readily adaptable for an office setting to achieve physical and mental fitness, increased productivity, improve overall health, and reduce tension and stress.
