As a prenatal yogi, you'll learn a routine of yoga poses that will allow you to comfortably expand your overall range of motion in preparation for the birth process.

The benefits of continuing with a yoga practice after your pregnancy will help to balance mood swings and to resume to your regular yoga practice in a safe way to get you back in touch with your body.

One of our Prenatal Yoga Teacher (PYT) at YOGActive will incorporate some stretches into your practice to increase strength and mobility, and to decrease any current discomfort you may feel during and after your pregnancy.
